Why is that important?

The Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, REBAC, was founded in 1988. Solely to promote superior buyer representation skills and services, REBAC is an affiliate of The National Association of Realtors. The ABR® is the only designations of its type recognized by NAR.

Why should sellers have all the representation?

The overall goals of the ABR® Designation course are to educate and prepare buyers' reps to provide the kind of service and fidelity to buyers that sellers have always enjoyed. Less then 1% of Buyers Agents hold the ABR® designation. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
