I bought my first home when I was 19 . . . and that was many, many years ago. It was a big move then, and the purchase price was under $65,000. To me, it was a lot of money. But, it was the BEST MOVE I could have made. My husband and I were able to take advantage of his VA loan, and the sellers were accommodating.

Now that 20 years (plus) have passed, I'm on my sixth home and I've made real estate my chosen profession. I know what it's like to be a buyer, a seller, and an investment purchaser. With ALL my transactions, personally and for my clients, I take great care to acquire real estate as a solid investment.

My number one rule is that I don't work for commissions -- I work for my clients! With a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University in Social Science and 15 years of prior work history in law offices as a legal assistant, I come prepared. Not only do I understand the legal ramifications of a real estate transaction, I also understand that there is an emotional side as well. From buying your first home to selling the home you raised your children in . . . I am able to guide, counsel and direct my clients in a mostly anxious time.

I currently reside in Beaverton, Oregon with my family.
