About Beaverton Oregon - Highland - Neighborhood
The Highland Hills (sometimes referred to as "Hyland") is a great Beaverton staple. Homes can range from the smaller ranch, to larger split-level. Close to Hwy 217, which is a great connection to downtown, and the I-5, the Highland neighborhood is what would be considered an "established" area. Larger lots, and homes that have "mature" trees, makes this a very comfortable setting. Many homes have been updated to reflect the current styles and trends. But there are also homes that require that personal TLC. The great thing about this neigjhborhood is that upgrades and/or improvements will certainly retain value. This is a very solid, desireable area.
