Raleigh West, or Raleigh Hills, is a very desireable location simply because of the drive to downtown Portland. Located near a main thoroughfare, driving into town can be done on city streets -- avoiding the freeways -- and local bus routes make this also a possible method of commuting. Raleigh Hills is an older, established section and offers larger lot sizes, older homes with CHARACTER and charm. For these two reasons: location to downtown and character of homes found make Raleigh Hills a great neighborhood!
