We provide an abundance of valuable free services for clients and customers who are buying real estate in the Greater Metro Portland area. Current real estate rules and regulations state that if you, as a buyer, have already signed a buyer broker agency contract with another agent, we are not permitted to provide information to you. If we do, this can be construed as interfering with another agent's contract; sometimes it happens unknowingly.

We hope you understand, we're not trying to be difficult and would really appreciate the opportunity to assist you... provided you're not already contracted with another Realtor®.

If you don't already have a contract with a buyer broker please provide us with the most efficient method of contacting you, and we'll get back with you promptly. We do appreciate the opportunity to assist you and also appreciate your understanding of these current rules and regulations that have been put in place to protect both the public and other agents.

And remember, EBA Portland is an EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENCY. Not all buyer brokers are created equal, and if you're not working with an EXCLUSIVE BUYERS AGENT, you may not be getting the fullest Buyer representation that you deserve.
